Welcome to Chilterns Treasures and the new Chilterns Discovery Day

See the Chilterns Differently

This new Chilterns Discovery Day has been organised by the local business community who are very keen to share what they know and love best about where they live and work. Supported by the Chilterns National Landscape, we have all your favourite Chilterns experiences in one place — including those you haven’t yet discovered. You will find us in the rolling green countryside between Oxford and London, a 40-minute escape on the train, into the heart of the Chilterns.

30 Experiences,  2 Days, One Welcome

For two days in July, we invite you to sample delicious local menus, discover a slower pace alongside the River Thames, watch the moon rise over Ivinghoe Beacon, take yoga in the woods, discover a new author, buy local souvenirs and enjoy well-earned family time across the Chilterns National Landscape.

Now booking for the 11th and 12th July 2026

Some Chilterns Discovery Day experiences are turn up and go, others must be booked directly to take advantage of the special Chilterns Discovery Day rates, . but when those spaces are gone, they are gone!  Take a look at the Chilterns Discovery Day page to choose where you want to go.
